1. A ship displacing 3000 t has an initial stability of GM=0.5 m. A weight of 80 t located in the hold was moved 1.5 m up and 6.1 m starboard. Find the heel angle

2. Vessel descrption is as below

L=150m ; Δ=10000 ; Tfore=7,40 ;Taft=7,20 ; GML=115m ; T1cm=22,5ton/cm ; LCF=5m (from center to fore)

During sailing, unloaded and loaded items of the vessel are as shown.

  • 450 tonnes marine diesel used 11m from center to aft
  • 150 tonnes freshwater used 5m from center to aft
  • 15 tonnes store used 3m from center to fore
  • 180 tonnes ballast water loaded 15m from center to fore
Please calculate aft and fore draft.
